Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any events that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.You can then pay for your vouchers using your credit card securely.
Once payment is authorised, we will email you with your vouchers within 2 working days. You can choose to come back online and click the 'CLICK to " Redeem a Voucher" link to book your date online, or give us a call on (0870) 750 4100 to speak to our operators to book your date in person.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee
1. A reservation will be made in your name upon receipt of deposit and completed booking form. The deposit can be paid by card, cash or cheque. Gift vouchers must be paid for in full. Confirmation will be sent to you by post to the purchasers address shown on your booking form.
2. The balance of the fee is due and payable prior to participation on the course. If payment of the balance is made by cheque, such payment must be made at least six working days prior to the course date.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Non-attendance on the course day without prior written agreement will result in the cancellation of the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issue.
4. All deposit payments are non-refundable.
5. Applications to cancel bookings must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the course date. For cancellations received within 14 days prior to the course date, the full fee will be payable by the course date or the course may be taken by another party nominated by you.
6. In the event that you fail to attend the course, the entire fee will be forfeited. We can not be held responsible for traffic delays, please plan your route carefully and check with the various travel information lines for road works and delays. If you have to make a long journey you may consider overnight accommodation, we have a list of local Bed & Breakfast & Hotels, please call our office on 0870 7504100 for further information.
7. All participating drivers must have passed their UK manual driving test. The maximum weight for all participants is 16 stones (101.6kg).
8. We reserve the right to cancel the course at our sole discretion, and either a full refund or alternative date will be offered to you. We shall endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. If an event is cancelled due to bad weather, (or any other unforseen circumstance), at short notice, your day will be re-scheduled but we will not reimburse for travelling/accommodation or other related expenses.
9. In the event of mechanical problems arising, we will make every effort to have substitute vehicles on standby. However, in the event that a course is substantially shorter due to mechanical difficulties, then we will offer a refund on a pro-rata basis or an alternative date.
10. Alcohol is strictly forbidden from all of our events. We reserve the right to prevent you participating on the course, if we have reasonable grounds to consider that you are unfit to drive for reasons of health or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
11. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the day, please advise the "Event Manager" on the day, we will not deal with complaints/queries after the event.
12. You will be required to sign a Declaration of Indemnity on the course date, prior to participation. In the event that you are under 18 years of age, the signature of your parent or guardian will also be required.
13. If you wish to be accompanied by third parties, it is a condition of admission that they also shall sign the Declaration of Indemnity. For safety reasons, these numbers are restricted to 2 per driver. We cannot allow persons under the age of 11 to spectate (this includes babies and toddlers) and if between the ages of 11 & 16 must be accompanied by a spectating adult. Additional spectators may be pre-booked (subject to availability).
14. Third Party Public Liability Insurance is provided in respect of your course day.
15. Suitable helmets will be provided, where applicable.
16. All vehicle types are subject to availability.
17. NO DOGS ALLOWED.
18. Weather Restrictions - Courses will only be cancelled in the case of extreme weather conditions and an additional date will be arranged.
19. All participants will be required to sign an indemnity on the day stating 'I hereby declare that I am in good health and that my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road driving test and that I am not suffering from epilepsy of haemophilia or any other illness or disability that might make it unsafe for me to drive a motor vehicle. I am not under the influence of alcohol, unprescribed drugs or drugs which could cause drowsiness.'
20. The following restrictions apply to the following activities:-
Rally Driving 2 Wheel Drive, Rally Driving 4 Wheel Drive, Rally Taster, 4x4 Off Road Driving, Junior Rally Driving
- Minimum age 17
- Maximum height 1.98m(6ft 6")
- Minimum height 1.52m(5ft 0")
Junior Rally Driving
- Age 11-17
- Maximum height 1.98m(6ft 6")
- Minimum height 1.37m(4ft 6")
Aston Thrill, Ferrari Thrill, Porsche Thrill
- Minimum Age - 18 (A full manual UK driving licence must have been held for a minimum of 1 year)
- Maximum height 1.98m(6ft 6")
- Minimum height 1.52m(5ft 0")
1000HP+, Performance Cars
- Minimum Age - 19 (A full manual UK driving licence must have been held for a minimum of 2 years)
- Maximum height 1.98m(6ft 6")
- Minimum height 1.52m(5ft 0")
